where are signarture artworks made?
artworks purchased through this website are made in Australia. we produce each artwork to order, assuring the highest quality product, supporting local manufacturing and minimizing our carbon footprint. we also produce our artworks in the UK. you can access our UK online gallery here.
how do i order a custom colour?
please contact us advising the name and shape (Square, Rectangular or Panoramic) of the artwork and the colours you would like to substitute. if you stick with colours within our signarture palette, which you can request when contacting us, there is no charge for customisation. if you would like us to match to a colour of your own, a minimum $50 colour customisation fee will apply which includes provision of a PDF proof for your approval.
how do i order a custom size?
please contact us. we can make our canvases in sizes up to 140 x 280cm and in all manner of diptychs and triptychs. our perspex artworks are available in sizes up to 120 x 240cm and in multi-panel options. if you require your artworks to be created in proportions other than our standard Square (1:1), Rectangular (1:1.5) or Panoramic (1:3) ratio, some cropping will occur and the customisation charge will include a PDF for your approval.
can you provide any advice?

where do i find the prices?
within the galleries, click options and prices. alternatively you can download a complete price list here
is GST included?
GST inclusive prices are indicated in the item descriptions, whilst the cart prices exclude GST. the total GST for your order (at the rate of 10%) is shown within the Paypal transaction window prior to payment, and on your Paypal receipt. we can also send you a separate Tax Invoice on request. [ Paypal is a US company, and in the US, retail price tags exclude Sales Tax and retail customers are used to having sales tax added at the POS. And, oddly, they have yet to adapt their systems for Australian shopping preferences! ]
do you offer trade pricing?
yes. if you are an architect, interior designer, decorator, property developer or property marketing professional, please register your business so that we may provide you with pricing appropriate to your business and codes to access to these prices when purchasing online.
do you offer volume discounts?
yes. significant discounts apply for large fit outs. if you are specifying or purchasing artwork in volume, please register your business and provide details of the project requirements and budget.
what methods of payment do you accept?
through this website we accept payment by VISA and Mastercard, or via a Paypal account. if you prefer to pay by EFT, BPAY or cheque, please contact us and we will raise a pro-forma invoice.
is your online payment gateway secure?
our online payment gateway is operated by Paypal, the global market leader in secure online payments. your credit card information is never shared with us.
do you charge for delivery?
yes. you can preview the delivery charges that will apply by clicking the checkout and proceed to payment buttons. the same delivery charges apply across Australia though we do reserve the right to apply a surcharge to remote areas. please contact us for a quote prior to order placement if this might apply to you.
do you ship outside Australia?
yes, we can ship to any destination worldwide serviced by our logistics partners. our prices are converted to your local currency at rates determined by Paypal. you will be responsible for any import duties or goods and services taxes where applicable. we reserve the right to apply a surcharge for delivery to countries without a regular freight service with Australia. please contact us for a quote prior to order placement if this might apply to you.
what will the costs be in my local currency?

how long will it be before i receive my order?
please allow 3 weeks from receipt of your order to dispatch. we use the most economical road freight service, so delivery will then take from 1-5 days depending on your location relative to Sydney, Australia.
what if i need quicker delivery?
please contact us. we can usually prioritise production and dispatch within a week if required, and a offer a time definite, express delivery service for a surcharge.
will i be able to track the delivery of my order?
yes. we email you your tracking number and a link to our logistics partner website on dispatch.
will i have to sign for my delivery?
yes. for your security and peace of mind, a signature is required for all orders. you will need to provide an address where a signatory will be available during normal business hours, monday to friday.
what if the goods arrive damaged?
we package our artworks carefully but accidents can happen in transit. you should refuse to accept the delivery if it is clear the artworks are damaged. if the packaging appears damaged and you are concerned the goods may be too, you should note "damaged in transit" before signing to accept the goods. we ask you to please take photos to illustrate the damage and contact us right away. see our terms and conditions of sale for full details.
what if the artwork colours aren't as anticipated?
all computer screens display colour differently and all desktop printers produce different results. if colour is critical to you, please either order a swatch palette or request a colour guide to avoid any disappointment.
what if the artwork doesn't suit the space as i envisaged?
if you're not confident in your choice, and haven't engaged an interior designer or decorating professional, you are welcome to contact us for advice. we can share with you some quick tips to ensure you choose the right shape and size for a space, and how high to hang your artwork.
what is your returns policy?
where the goods are delivered damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange collection and remedy the situation at no additional charge to you. as we custom make each artwork to your specific requirements, you will understand that we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
once i own my artwork do i own the copyright?
no. the sale of artworks does not include or convey to you any intellectual property such as copyright, design right, trademark or similar. these remain the property of signarture pty ltd at all times.
are the artworks supplied ready to hang?
our canvases are supplied ready to hang and our perspex artworks are supplied with the necessary architectural spacers and full instructions. for the perspex artworks, you will need 8 gauge screws appropriate for your wall finish.
can you arrange installation?
yes, we currently offer professional installation in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. please contact us for a quote
how do i care for my new artwork?
canvases should be dusted with a light cloth, whilst perspex prints can be cleaned with a mild soap and water solution or an anti-static fluid as required, using a mild non-abrasive cloth.
